Processing Timeline
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
- Review the notice for completeness and validity

- An agent of such person

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification:
- We will forward it to the original complainant
- If no court action is filed within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content

Repeat Infringer Policy
Three-Strike Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers:
First Offense:
- Warning and educational notice about copyright respect
- Temporary suspension of posting privileges
- Requirement to complete copyright education module
Second Offense:
- Account suspension for 30 days
- All uploaded content reviewed for additional violations
- Written commitment to respect intellectual property required
Third Offense:
- Permanent account termination
