  • You purchased a monthly, annual, or lifetime membership plan
  • Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service

  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution

Refund Conditions

Full Refund Available:

  • Monthly memberships: Within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Annual memberships: Within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Lifetime memberships: Within 14 days of initial purchase

Prorated Refunds:

  • We do not offer prorated refunds for membership cancellations after the 14-day period
  • Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period

What Happens After Refund Approval

Immediate Actions:

  • Your membership access will be suspended within 24 hours of refund processing
  • You will lose access to all Academy content, community forums, and coaching calls
  • Any downloaded materials should be deleted as they are licensed for active members only

Account Status:

  • Your account will be marked as “refunded” in our system
  • You may re-enroll in the future, but the 14-day guarantee applies only once per customer
  • Any community posts or interactions will remain visible unless you request removal

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Individual coaching sessions purchased separately from membership
  • Third-party tools or services recommended but not included in membership
  • Membership fees after the 14-day guarantee period has expired
  • Gift memberships (refund requests must come from the gift recipient within 14 days)

Special Circumstances

Extended Consideration: While our standard policy is 14 days, we may consider refund requests beyond this period in cases of:

  • Documented medical emergencies
  • Technical issues that prevented access for extended periods
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges

These requests are evaluated case-by-case and approval is not guaranteed.

Lifetime Memberships:

  • One-time payment with permanent access

  • No refunds after the guarantee period expires
